Thieves walk off with about $3,000 of clothes from Tilly’s at Long Beach Towne Center, police say

Four people went into the Tilly’s store at the Long Beach Towne Center Friday night and left with approximately $3,000 of merchandise without paying, according to police.

Officers were called about the theft shortly before 8 p.m., Long Beach police Lt. Megan Zabel said.

The thieves, two male and two female, “entered the business, grabbed several items of clothing and fled the store without paying,” Zabel said.

No one was injured and police do not have any suspects in custody yet.
