Two men were victims of a drive-by shooting in the area of 14th Street and Raymond Avenue late Sunday afternoon, police said.

The two men were fired upon by an occupant in a vehicle that drove up then quickly fled, said Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) spokeswoman Nancy Pratt.

Both men were struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The incident is being investigated as possibly gang-related, and no suspect information is available at this time.

It is unknown if the incident is related to a shooting that took place later Sunday around 5:15PM in the 900 block of Daisy Avenue.
