A vehicle was struck by gunfire in Long Beach’s Cambodia Town Sunday night, authorities said.

Police responded to a shots heard call at 14th Street and Walnut Avenue at 9:58PM on Sunday, March 6, according to Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) spokeswoman Marlene Arrona.

Arriving officers found a vehicle with damage sustained during the shooting, she said.

No victims were located, and the shooting remains under investigation.

The incident was the second reported shooting to occur on March 6, following the fatal shooting a few miles away of a 23-year-old man in a car that morning.
