Officials on Friday identified a 35-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in Long Beach.
The victim, identified as Marvin Allen Hadnot Jr. of Long Beach, was found around 4:35 a.m. Thursday suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper body near Anaheim Street and Long Beach Boulevard, according to police.

Long Beach Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police said the suspect or suspects fled the scene before officers arrived. Investigators believe the parties were “possibly involved in a dispute or altercation.”
