Students walk across Cal State Long Beach.

The first week of classes at Cal State Long Beach (CSULB) are over, allowing students to rest from what was no doubt a stressful couple of days, as many tried to find parking, textbooks, classrooms and good food.

But wait—what were some of their thoughts going back to school? What were their worries, joys and pains? Thanks to social media, the Post was able to gather some serious intel on what the first week was like and some of those posts in the Twittersphere and Instagram world were no surprise.

It appears parking was a hassle, to say the least:

Walking was no easy feat either…

Students pointed out some of the more quirky aspects of CSULB…

Some took in the sights.
