4:00pm | This doesn’t necessarily relate to our city directly, but since plenty of Long Beach residents commute to and from Orange County every day we thought we’d keep you in the loop on nearby construction projects.
The Orange County Transportation Authority will close some 405 Freeway exits this evening between 10:00pm and 5:00am tomorrow, as part of their Orange County Connectors project to renovate the 22/405/605 exchange.
Northbound on the 405, lanes will be reduced from Westminster Blvd. to Seal Beach Blvd. for concrete barrier repairs. Lanes will also be reduced at the Garden Grove Blvd. intersection with Bolsa Chica Road. Northbound Bolsa Chica Road will be closed between Old Bolsa Chica Road and Garden Grove Blvd.
