The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) is asking citizens to fill out a quick survey to address community concerns and opinions on policing in Long Beach.

This is the second survey the LBPD has conducted and is part of an independent assessment by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Survey answers will be used to evaluate and improve the LBPD.

The IACP also conducted two community input sessions over the summer to receive feedback on police performance.

Participation in the survey is confidential and the survey can be taken in either English or Spanish. The deadline to respond to the survey is October 20.
