A man was shot Thursday afternoon across from a Cambodia Town park, police said.
Long Beach Police Department officers responded to the scene on the 1300 block of Warren Avenue, across from MacArthur Park, at about 3:21PM to find a 32-year-old man who had been shot, said LBPD spokeswoman Megan Zabel.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries, she said. Police are still searching for the suspect.
The incident is being investigated as possibly gang related, Zabel said, and the investigation is ongoing.
