Man stabbed after argument near Traffic Circle, police say

A man was stabbed by his acquaintance after an argument between the two in the Traffic Circle area on Sunday morning, police said.

Police responded at around 3:30 a.m. to the 3900 block of Hathaway Avenue regarding an assault with a deadly weapon, and, upon arrival, found the victim who said he had been stabbed by a man, his acquaintance, following an argument between the two, police said. The suspect fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

The victim sustained minor injuries to the upper body and declined medical attention, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
