11:45am | A man was wounded Sunday night after he was shot in Long Beach, local authorities said.
Long Beach police detectives on Monday were on the hunt for the suspect who shot the 30-something male victim in the 2400 block of east 15th Street just east of Junipero Avenue at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, June 12, according to information provided by Long Beach Police Department spokeswoman Lisa Massacani.
The victim was shot in the upper body, though the injury was non-life-threatening, Massacani said.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not released, nor was a description of the suspect.
