Gunshots broke out just before 10PM Tuesday night in the 1200 block of E. 52nd St. when a vehicle approached an idling SUV and fired shots inside. One male victim was struck in the torso and was transported to a local hospital where his current condition is unknown, said Long Beach Police Department Sgt. David Marander.
Accordign to Marander, the victim was inside of the stopped SUV with another person and someone else was standing outside when another vehicle approached and the person inside fired shots.
