2:17pm Friday | The Press-Telegram is reporting today that real estate broker Mike Kowal will likely run for the 8th District seat in 2012. No candidates have formed committees yet for any of the four open seats in that election. Patrick O’Donnell and Rae Gabelich are termed out in the 4th and 8th districts, respectively, while Vice Mayor Suja Lowenthal and Dee Andrews are eligible for re-election in their 2nd and 6th districts.
