Police ask for help finding missing woman who frequents MLK Park in Long Beach

UPDATE: Brigette Anne Holbrook was located by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on Friday April 16, according to police.

Police are asking for help finding a missing 53-year-old woman who has often been seen at a Long Beach park.

Brigette Anne Holbrook was last seen on Monday, April 12 around midnight at a hotel in Torrance, but she’s known to frequent Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Long Beach, police said.

“She suffers from medical condition(s) and may become easily disoriented,” police said in a statement.

Police described Holbrook as a White woman who is 5-foot-6 and about 145 pounds. She has black-and-grey hair, green eyes and was wearing a purple blouse and blue jeans while carrying a large tote bag when she disappeared.
