
The Long Beach Community Hispanic Association held its 12th annual Nuestra Imagen Awards last night at The Grand, handing out six awards to community leaders and innovators on top of four student awards that were given earlier. A packed house full of city officials and leaders such as LBUSD Superintendent Chris Steinhauser, Press-Telegram Executive Editor Rich Archbold and LBCC President Eloy Oakley gathered to honor CHA and the awardees, which are as follows:
