A Carson man was arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of sexual battery and sexual crimes against a minor, and police said there may be additional victims.
Long Beach police arrested 29-year-old Carson resident Jerod Curtis around noon on Friday, Dec. 3, on suspicion of sexual battery after a girl contacted LBPD to inform them that Curtis, who was working as a massage therapist in the 5800 block of Naples Avenue, had touched her inappropriately, LBPD said.
Curtis, who also works as a youth volleyball coach, was identified as a suspect in two additional sexual battery incidents involving two women in July and November. According to Sheriffs records, Curtis’ bail was set at $280,000.
