Long Beach police are asking for the public’s help finding a 76-year-old man who went missing this morning in the Alamitos Beach neighborhood.
James Foster was last seen in a wheelchair leaving his living facility in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street around 7:30 a.m., according to Long Beach police.
Foster, according to police, suffers from cognitive issues and has difficulty speaking clearly.
When he’s gone missing in the past, he’s been found in the area near his living facility, police said.
He was described as a 5-foot-9 white man who weighs about 194 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and brown cowboy boots.
