Editor’s note: Caltrans employees located Leonard Webb today while they were working in the area of the Los Angeles River and the 405 freeway, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an 87-year-old man that went missing from his Westside home Tuesday morning, according to police.

Leonard Webb was last seen leaving his home around 8 a.m. Nov. 9, according to police. His family reported him missing Wednesday morning.

Webb was seen on surveillance footage walking away from his home on the 1300 block of West 34th Street and suffers from medical conditions that could make him easily disoriented and unable to care for himself, police said.

Webb was last seen wearing a black cowboy hat, white jacket, and black pants. Anyone with information regarding this missing person is urged to call the LBPD Missing Persons Detail at 562-570-7246 or Police Dispatch at 562-435-6711.
