A police chase that started in West Covina ended in Long Beach Wednesday after a burglary suspect led pursuing officers to a parking structure near Ximeno Way and Outer Traffic Circle.

The chase began sometime around 5 p.m., with live footage from KTLA’s Sky5 showing the suspect driving a dark-colored SUV on the southbound 605 Freeway, reaching speeds of up to 100 mph at times.

The driver eventually got off the freeway around Carson Street, where they weaved in an out of traffic while sometimes driving on the wrong side of the road.

After the driver led police to the parking structure on Ximeno Way, Long Beach police helped establish a perimeter around the area.

The West Covina Police Department said Thursday that no suspect was arrested, although the department did not provide more details.
