More than 400 miniature golfers will participate in the 13th annual Putt-Putt On Pine, a tournament fundraiser held by Leadership Long Beach from 5:00pm – 10:00pm tonight. Registration begins at the Renaissance Hotel at the corner of Pine and Ocean, with drnks, appetizers and a silent auction to welcome hopeful golfers.
The course will flow along Pine Avenue, all the way through to the Pike and even parts of the East Village. Participating businesses and restaurants have designed their own holes, and the best design as selected by the golfers will be given at the 10th hole, along with Best Food and other awards. Gift certificates and other merchandise were donated by Pine Avenue and East Village merchants.
