Rain showers are back in the Long Beach forecast again starting Sunday afternoon, continuing overnight and into Monday morning.
Through yesterday, monthly rainfall locally totalled 2.29 inches, based on measurements at the weather station at Long Beach Airport. That’s nearly half an inch higher than the historic March monthly rainfall average of 1.87 inches in Long Beach.
A chance of rain will be possible throughout much of the week, with showers possible into Thursday.
