Suspect sought in Long Beach man’s fatal stabbing, police say

A 33-year-old Long Beach man was fatally stabbed today in the south Los Angeles area, and police are seeking his killer.

The crime occurred at about 12:50 a.m. in the 10400 block of South Broadway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Ross Lane was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

According to police, Lane became involved in a dispute with another man, who stabbed him and fled.
