Suspicious Object Found at Port of Long Beach


A suspicious object was reported Wednesday afternoon at the Port of Long Beach (POLB), according to port officials. 

The bomb threat was reported a little after 4:00PM at Pier A, POLB spokesman Art Wong told the Post. 

The object was later determined to be harmless and had no affect on terminal operations, he said. 

No additional information was available at this time. The Post will update this story as we learn more.
