IN PICTURES: Belmont Heights Baroque Enclave Hits Market for $1.925M

At first glance, the house at 3702 E 1st St. that just went on the market doesn’t look like much: hidden behind tall shrubbery and a brown fence, a flat, mid-century modern roof peeks above. One would assume the house was a contemporary, multi-story take on a Cliff May. However, it is a massive bastion of Baroque excess right in Belmont Heights.
