F. King Alexander–whose seven year run as president of Cal State Long Beach comes to end this July–is a man of overt confidence. Even though his proposed solutions to many of the problems facing California’s educational system have been met with mixed reviews by those up in Sacramento, Alexander stands staunchly by his own philosophies and the legacy he has left the school.
