From 6 to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom, the forum’s guests will include representatives from the city’s mayor’s office, District 1, District 5—districts that oversee parts of West, Central and East Long Beach—and Assembly Member Patrick O’Donnell’s office, organizers said.
