Update | A 75-year-old woman who went missing in North Long Beach on Saturday night has been found unharmed in Cerritos, authorities said.
“On Sunday, July 7, 2019, critical missing person Martha Moreno Chavez was located unharmed in the City of Cerritos and will be reunited with her family later today,” authorities stated in a release.

7/7/19 at 10:52 a.m. | Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 75-year-old woman who went missing after walking with a relative in North Long Beach on Saturday night.
Martha Moreno Chavez was last seen Saturday, July 6 at 10:30 p.m. in the 5400 block of Myrtle Avenue, near Lindbergh Middle School and the Carmelitos Housing Project.
She suffers from medical conditions and may become disoriented, authorities said.

Moreno Chavez is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a blue and green shirt, black jeans, black shoes and a black purse.
