12:00am | Candidates in the race for the open 9th District City Council seat will participate in an open public forum this Wednesday, as local journalists from the Long Beach Press Club will moderate the debate beginning at 7:00pm at El Ranchito Restaurant at 5345 Long Beach Boulevard.
