Every four years, on January 20 at noon (9:00am in Long Beach), we inaugurate the President and Vice President of the United States. This year, it is a special day for Americans because it is a time to celebrate the peaceful transition of power from one person to another. It is also a special day for Long Beach because many of your neighbors will be there!
Well, we will be there too!
