Police deemed it an accident when a woman fell into the water from the Queen Mary late Saturday night, officials said Monday.
The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) determined the woman climbed up and over the railing and slipped and fell as she attempted to climb back over, said LBPD spokeswoman Claudia Lopez.
Lopez said the incident would not be investigated further as no crime was committed.
