I’m sure you know there’s an election coming, but did you know that March 5, not Nov. 8, will be the date that likely shapes Long Beach’s future?

Most of our City Council races will be decided in the primary, which means you only have until March 5 to decide who deserves your vote.

This is no simple task. You’ll be flooded with questionable campaign mailers and slanted political talking points, but we’re here to make it easy.

Our elections portal at lbpost.com/elections has head-to-head comparisons of all the candidates, in-depth interviews, and soon we’ll be producing forums with candidates willing to face the questions.

Don’t miss the chance to learn about the issues and cast a vote with confidence.
