Proposed affordable housing project could bring 73 units to Bryant neighborhood in Long Beach

It’s not a certainty, at this point, that the project will be built. Linc Housing is still trying to secure funding for the project as well as tax credits that could help with the cost of construction.

Long Beach residents will see trash rate increases in July, October after City Council vote
