Mangette is set to be Zaferia’s newest cafe

Buvons Wine Bar + Shop, within the Zaferia District, has only seen an uptick in foot traffic in their store and around the neighborhood in recent months. Now, the women behind the French bar are opening a cafe and event space next door.

Long Beach looks to buy Rescue Mission property for year-round homeless shelter
