Cabrillo Baseball got some good news this past weekend. Senior pitcher Ramiro Rosalez went in for an MRI after a shoulder injury last week, and came out relatively clean.
The captain suffered a “high strain” against Millikan, but it isn’t a tear, and he’s working back with physical therapy to build arm strength.
“He’s our backbone,” said Cabrillo head coach Erick Bryant. “He’s our leader, he’s our captain… he’s the one we ride with.”
Bryant will try to get Rosalez an inning or two of work against Jordan on Wednesday before the Jaguars take on Wilson Friday at Skip Rowland Field.
