St. Anthony vs. Sierra Canyon @ 7pm

It’s going to be a White Out night at St. Anthony High tonight so bring you’re white to support your Saints! The quarterfinal match up with Sierra is 28 years to the day since the Saints beat LB Poly in a CIF quarterfinal game.

“When we play our game, we can play with the best teams,” said St. Anthony head coach Chris Morrison.  He expects big games from his senior big men, Antoine Roy-Condron and Emmanuel Andino.  They have struggled to get involved offensively as of late, and Morrison knows he needs to establish an inside game against a team full of shooters.

Sierra ( who won their last round game 67-27) is led by Michael Cohen, Julian Brooks and Jesse Howell.  The two guards and forward average 15, 13,11 points-per-game respectively.

“It’s a chance for this team…. a win will really put us over the top and get us ready to play some of the best teams in the section,” said Morrison.
