Simply put by Millikan head coach Dave Christensen, “it wasn’t pretty.”

The top-seeded Esperanza Aztecs scored five goals in the first half on their way to a 6-0 victory over the visiting Rams.

“We were a bit overwhelmed,” said Christensen.  “We had some opportunities but it wasn’t our day… we played them a few years back, but we played them better this time, and we played a lot better in the second half.”
