–Freshman Anne-Sophie Willems went 4-0 in singles play over the weekend, winning all of her matches in straight sets.

–Melissa Matheson led the 49ers with six goals while Kelly Ringel finished with 37 saves over the weekend as the 49ers went 2-1 at the Lancer Invitational.

–Junior Jeff McNeil led the Dirtbags with six hits on the weekend against Vanderbilt on the road in Nashville.

Men’s Basketball (16-9)

Defeated UC Riverside 75-35
–The 49ers extended their conference home winning streak to 25 games. James Ennis became the first Div. I player to score at least 26 points, grab 15 rebounds and have four steals. LBSU held UC Riverside to 35 points, the lowest for an LB opponent since the 1980-81 season.

Men’s Volleyball (11-4, 9-3 MPSF)
Won vs. #11 Pacific, 3-0
Won vs. #3 Stanford, 3-0
–Junior Taylor Crabb led the 49ers to back-to-back three-set victories as he averaged a team-high 4.83 kills per set while hitting at a .397 clip.
