The Lancers shut out the Tarbabes on the strength of Matt Duffy’s six innings of no-hit work, as they won 7-0.  The Lancers now move to 6-3 and sole possession of second place, as Compton falls to 1-7.  Danny Gutierrez pitched for Compton, with a solid performance, holding Lakewood to just seven runs.  Lakewood’s next game will be against Jordan next Thursday, while Compton will face Millikan on Wednesday.
