The Cabrillo Jaguars recovered quickly from their loss to Wilson on Tuesday and took care of the Jordan Panthers yesterday afternoon in the rain, 6-1.  The home victory brings the Jags league record to 5-4-1 and guarantees them a playoff spot, the first in school history.

Jordan actually scored first on Cabrillo’s home pitch, but sophomore forward Mabel Chacon tallied 2 goals and 2 assists, while senior forward Claudia Toledo racked up 3 goals.  Foward Kim Jones added one of her own.

Cabrillo will entertain the Compton Tarbabes next Tuesday.
