The Panthers got the monkey off their back with a 7-5 win over Segerstrom on the first day of the Cabrillo Easter Tournament, thanks to Rodger Hokanson’s six-hit complete game.  Jordan got out to a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first, saw the score tied back up in the third, went up 4-2 in the bottom of the fourth only to see it tied up again in the top of the fifth.  With a one-run effort in the bottom of the fifth the Panthers took the lead and never looked back, improving to 1-13.  They’ll face Whitter on Monday in the second round of the Cabrillo Easter Tournament.
