Cabrillo went into Jordan, hoping to break the Panthers’ seven-game win streak, but fell prey to the powerful Jordan offense, which put up big numbers in a 70-58 win.  The win boosts Jordan to 9-2, in first-place by a half-game thanks to Poly’s win over Compton.  The Panthers will need to beat Millikan on Thursday to hold onto the league title.  They were led against Cabrillo by the talented duo of Will Ervin and Raynard Tyler, who had 16 and 12 points, respectively.
