The CIF Southern Section Individual Finals that took place yesterday at La Purisima Golf Course (Par 72) in Lompoc, CA.

The top 28 players in the field of 98 players who were not on a team that had already advanced to the CIF/SCGA Southern State Regional qualified for the CIF/SCGA Southern State Regional.

The CIF/SCGA Southern State Regional will be played on Thursday, June 3rd at the The Golf Club of Rancho California in Murrieta, CA.

Local players Andrew Morgan, Scott Parkin and Jake Hutton of Wilson High School were the only Moore League players in the CIF-SS Individual Finals.  Morgan (6^th, 74) and Parkin (17^th, 76) qualified for the State Regional.  Hutton finished 73^rd with an 84.

Patrick Cantlay (Servite High School) won the CIF-SS Individual Title for the second consecutive season with a four under par round of 68.
