Junior Lauren Sieprath was named first-team All-Big West, one of four Long Beach State players honored by the conference as announced today.

Sieprath, a junior from Auckland, New Zealand, led Long Beach State on the season with 34 goals, scoring a season-high five in the last game of the year, a comeback victory over Pacific in the Big West Tournament.

Junior Cecelia Canetti and sophomore Kristen Stragier each earned second-team All-Big West honors. Canetti was second on the team in goals scored with 31, and Kristen Stragier was one of just two Big West goaltenders honored on the All-Conference awards after making 227 over the course of the season.

Freshman Krizia Cerda rounded out the 49ers honored. One of two freshman on any team, Cerda was chosen as an honorable mention selection after scoring 26 goals, third on the team.
