From LBSU Reports

Long Beach State (predetermined as a host site for the 2009 BracketBuster games) will face Wisconsin-Green Bay as one of the 13 television games shown nationally out of the 51 match ups created for the event. A time for the Feb. 21 game will be announced next week, as well as a station on the ESPN family of networks that will carry the game.

The UW-Green Bay Phoenix enter the week with a 17-6 overall record, coming out of the Horizon league with an RPI of 79.  They stand in second place in the Horizon behind No. 13 Butler.

Currently, the Phoenix are riding high on a four-game winning steak that included a huge win over rival Butler.  They’re leading scorer is senior guard Ryan Tillema (6-8, 215lb) who scored his team’s first 11 points after halftime in the game against the Bulldogs.

Long Beach State, with an RPI of 149, enters the week in first place in the Big West, and will play four more conference games before hosting the Phoenix in the ‘Myd that will be shown by either ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN360.
