The two-time gold medalists were back in action again on Saturday.

Competing in one of the top races of the season, the Long Beach State men’s and women’s cross country teams finished in the Top 10 at the Stanford Invitational.

Long Beach State scored three goals in the fourth quarter but their rally came up short against the fifth-ranked Loyola Marymount men’s water polo team as the 49ers lost, 9-5.
