A Mixed Martial Arts fight Saturday at Long Beach Arena featured Long Beach native A.J. McKee, who made his lightweight debut and earned a unanimous decision win over Spike Carlyle.
The Long Beach native, who attended Poly High, was coming off of his first professional loss and was fighting in a new weight class for the first time in his career. McKee improved his MMA record to 20-1-0, with his only loss to Pitbull.
The MMA Bellator 286 also featured the main event of Patricio Pitbull vs. Adam Borics, and Enrique Barzola vs. Juan Archuleta.
