Bruins Shoot Season Low Against Monsoons
On Thursday, the Varsity Bruins (4-0) defeated the Mayfair Monsoons 234 to 340 at Recreation Park Golf Course (Par 38). Wilson’s team score of 234 was their best so far this season.
Sophomore, Alexis Hayes, and senior, Elizabeth Thometz, shared the medalist honors as each posted six over par rounds of 44.

Wilson Sends Individuals to Triton Invitational
On Friday, Alex Hoye and Alexis Hayes played in the Rainbow Sandals Lady Triton Invitational at San Clemente Golf Course (Par 73). The event, which is hosted by San Clemente High School, features elite team and individual golfers from the CIF Southern Section and the CIF San Diego Section.
Alex Hoye was the low Bruin with a round of 84. Alexis Hayes finished with 88.
Torrance High School won the team competition with a team score of 364. Anne Cheng, Torrance High School, was the low individual finisher with a round of 69.
