| Wilson and El Camino engaged in a great pitcher’s duel yesterday and the Wildcats came out on top with a two-run walk off home run in the bottom of the seventh.
For six innings Loren Stavrou scattered four hits and struck out seven and entered the seventh inning nursing a 1-0 lead. Jessica O’Donnell was hit by a pitch, had two singles and scored Wilson only run in the fourth inning on a solid base hit by Ashley Hollowood. The Bruins finished the elite tournament with a 2-4 record. On Tuesday Wilson returns to Moore League play as they meet Poly at Joe Rogers Field. |
