A Long Beach State men’s basketball game in 2010 hasn’t meant more.  It’s Senior Night, it’s White Out Night, it’s the Big West regular season finale, and most importantly of all, a playoff seed hangs in the balance.

UC Davis lost at CSU Northridge last night, so with a win The Beach would clinch the four seed and avoid the long weekend at the Anaheim Convention Center.  A loss and some help, and they can still earn the bye. However, with things going as they have been, a win here could send the 49ers into the Big West Tournament as arguably the hottest team.
