2:00pm | Long Beach Symphony Orchestra presents Uncorked!, an annual event that features a variety of fine wines, and food sampling from more than two dozen local Long Beach restaurants and caterers. The event will be held on September 18th from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, overlooking the water in Spinnaker Bay.
This year’s event also includes beer tasting, olive oil tasting, live jazz music, and an opportunity drawing for prizes.
Uncorked! is presented by Ovation!, the volunteer support group of the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra. All proceeds benefit the music and education programs of the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra.
The Orchestra works with the Long Beach Unified School District to provide sequential, curriculum-based music education opportunities throughout the year. Through its comprehensive music education programs—including professional ensembles in elementary and middle schools and widely acclaimed Miller Foundation Symphony Concerts for Young People—the LBSO reaches more than 25,000 students a year.
