When Nate Dogg passed in 2011 at the age of 41, it is quite possible that no city mourned the loss more than Long Beach, where his mission to find Mr. Warren G in the East LBC made Nate a musical legend.

Nate Dogg was the hip-hop master of the hook, taking over the choruses, bridges and guest verses of songs and making them his own even while appearing on tracks that headlined Dr. Dre, Eminem, Ludacris, and Snoop.
